PARTS registered Patent Attorneys and/or Agents will fill out the necessary electronic application forms either under the TEAS or TEAS PLUS System for the customer to be filed with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, after a thorough search, analysis and evaluation of the submitted trademark material. This analysis determines whether or not a trademark application will be submitted in light of the trademarks that were discovered during the trademark searching by PARTS searchers.
