Welcome to the Intellectual Property Service Center of Excellence (IPSCE) PARTS LLC is a resource and piloting arm for moving IP products via technology transfer conduits to commercialization or the market place for generating revenue via licensing and company start-ups.

Our main objective is to primarily assist and aid individual inventors and scientists, small businesses, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs) to move their patented ideas through a technology transfer conduit from conception to commercialization with the guidance and technical assistance of PARTS and its network of partners.

Secondly, we will help our customers to maximize the technology transfer and the economic benefits from their research efforts, as well as, expediting patent prosecution, establishing detailed patent policies, patent processes, patent procedures, invention disclosures, thorough IP assessments and analysis, competitive licensing agreements and the feasibility of a company start-up around a finished IP product.
