IP Maintenance Program
PARTS IP Maintenance Program
is simple and easy to administer for every client. We will make
sure that our personnel monitor and maintain patent and trademark
renewal due dates in a timely manner. The IP Maintenance Program
includes the following:
• Providing
a schedule with a list of the clients’ patents and trademarks,
with the initial patent and/or trademark filing and granting dates,
the patent and trademark application numbers, patent and trademark
numbers, renewal due dates, renewal payments made and renewal payments
due.
• Renewing
and tracking design registrations.
• Informing
the clients when renewal payments are due, irregardless of whether
the client or PARTS
is making the periodic maintenance fees in order to keep the patent
and trademarks in force. Initially, the clients are notified four
months before the due date and thereafter, one month before the
renewal due date. This reinforces that all fees or payments will
be paid timely to obviate any late fees.
• Tracking
and making sure that all fees are paid timely in pending patent
and trademark applications. Providing a schedule with a list of
the clients’ patents and trademarks applications, with the
initial patent and/or trademark filing date, issue fee due dates,
the patent and trademark application numbers, issue fee payments
due and issue fee payments made.
• Any
other patent and trademark requirements that are deemed necessary
will be forwarded to the clients and/or the clients will be notified
in a timely fashion.
• PARTS
personnel will constantly track changes related to patent and trademark
fees, patent and trademark laws, regulations, processes, procedures
and other patent and trademark changes.
