PARTS LLC patent analysis is a two-fold approach. First, our experienced personnel perform an extensive study and analysis of each patent in a ranking order that is the closest patents and/or publications to the claimed invention. Then, an extensive written report is done to compare the differences if any between the nearest patents and the invention at hand.

Secondly, this written data is then used to help our Patent Attorneys and/or Agents to draft patent applications more efficiently, as well as, being used as a great tool during the prosecution of the patent application. The report not only helps our personnel, it supports our customers in research and development, patent valuations and licensing decisions and negotiations. Our findings help to improve and enhance research and development and patentability.
